Krista has been working in ECE for over 20 years. She started her career in ECE after graduating with a bachelor's degree in PK-6 grade. She has worked in multiple facets of the preschool setting, including classroom educator, director, and executive director. She has also taught in elementary public education, grades 4K-2. During her time in public education, she obtained her master's degree in educational psychology. She currently teaches higher education courses and works with childcare directors to enhance program effectiveness.
