I have 26 years of experience in the field, and I have worn just about every hat one can wear in the field. I have my master's degree in early childhood and bachelor's degree in early childhood administration. I have spent the past 5 years training teachers. My biggest passion is helping teachers with children displaying challenging behaviors. My biggest goal as a trainer is that every participant walks away with at least one thing they can implement in their current program.
