DR SHANDOWLYON earned her Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from National Louis University in Wheeling, Illinois. Her alma maters include: Cardinal Stritch University, Springfield College and Milwaukee Area Technical College. DR SHANDOWLYON served as adjunct faculty at Alverno College and Viterbo University. DR SHANDOWLYON is a Certified Associate Diversity Coach.
