Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education, has more than 20 years of experience of working with children from birth to 8th grade. The lessons are everyday experiences that would help staff or individual cope with situations that can happen and even prevent situations from happening in a childcare setting or school setting. Being a director of Head Start also has help understand parents and their situations as well as the child. Most of all knowing that children are Exceptional Human Beings in this world and there are different ways in taking care of them, but which is the right way for that child.
