Missy has been involved in education for nearly 20 years, specializing in Early Childhood Curriculum and Teacher Development. She has worked in a variety of settings over the years, beginning as a “floater,” and working in all classrooms from infants to school aged children. In 2008, Missy founded a pre-school center in Racine, WI, that eventually merged with the parish school. in 2010, she took a position as Director of a nationally-accredited (NAC) and 5-Star Young Star ranked center in Sussex, WI, where she served for 6 years. in August 2018, Missy founded another center in West Bend, where she is currently the Director.

Missy holds Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies from Loyola University Chicago, her M.Ed. in Early Childhood Administration from National Louis University, and an Ed.S. in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University.

Missy holds her Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies from Loyola University Chicago; her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Administration from National Louis University; and her Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate (Ed.D.) from Nova Southeastern University, with a research interest in the impact of formal Early Childhood Programs on Kindergarten preparation.

In addition to her degrees, she is at Level 16 on The Registry where she also serves as a Master Trainer and an Ambassador. She also serves throughout Southeastern Wisconsin as an Early Childhood Consultant for both secular and faith-based programs. Missy is dedicated to learning all she can about this field.
