I am currently the Pyramid Model Regional Lead for the Northwestern Region of Wisconsin with 16 years of experience in the field of Early Childhood. I am a Pyramid Model Trainer with experience using coaching and reflective practice to support teachers as they implement Pyramid Model strategies. I also provide support for several Pyramid Implementation sites as an external coach. In connection with this role I have also had training and experience in starting a Parents Interacting with Intentionality (PIWI) Group, and am a trainer of Positive Solutions for Families, and Strengthening Families.
